Qualifications

• Active LPC or LSW license through the Ohio CSWMFT Board.
• LCDC-II or LCDC-III license required for substance use services.
• Heart Saver, Aegis Crisis Prevention, and First Aid certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of behavioral health treatment: diagnostic assessment; individual, family and group therapy; crisis intervention and related services.
• Diagnose and treat behavioral health disorders within scope and under clinical supervision.
• Comply with Medicaid/Medicare, ACHC, OhioMHAS, and CARF guidelines and standards.
• Promote quality care through professional growth and agency-sponsored learning opportunities.
• Utilize EMR and video-conferencing; maintain HIPAA/42 CFR compliant communications.
