Job summary

Lithia Nissan of Ames seeks a dynamic sales associate to join our high-volume showroom. You will greet customers, learn their needs, demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, and guide them through the purchase process with our team.

This in-office role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with CRM follow-up and collaboration with Finance and Service to ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience. Competitive pay and a comprehensive Total Rewards package are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn vehicle features, pricing, incentives and financing options.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and learn their vehicle needs, preferences and budget.
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles, features, technology and programs.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to support purchasing decisions.
