Job summary

Lithia Nissan of Ames is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, identify vehicle concerns, and coordinate repairs with our service team. This role requires clear communication of maintenance needs, pricing, and timelines, plus obtaining customer approval for recommended work.

Experience in automotive service or a related customer-facing role is preferred. A valid driver's license and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to explain vehicle maintenance recommendations, pricing, and timelines to customers.
• Familiarity with repair orders, service estimates, and customer authorization processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and identify vehicle concerns.
• Create accurate repair orders and service estimates.
• Review maintenance needs, pricing, and repair timelines.
• Obtain customer approval for recommended repairs.
• Coordinate repair progress with Service Technicians.
• Keep customers updated through vehicle delivery.
