InVision Customized Services is seeking an Overnight Awake Direct Support Professional to provide direct support to residents during the night shift. You will implement the Individual Support Plan, monitor health and well‑being, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED and experience in social services or with people with intellectual disabilities/mental health needs preferred.
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s of Science or Arts in related field preferred; prior knowledge of 6400 regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct support to Residential Awake Overnight Direct Support Professionals as per ISP and mission.
• Implements all aspects of the Individual Support Plan for people supported during the overnight shift.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and health and well-being during the overnight shift.
• Responds to emergencies and adheres to medical and safety procedures (including medication administration per PA State guidelines).
• Maintains supervision levels as prescribed, participates in fire drills and safety checks, and documents care and activities.

Education
