Resolute Care, LLC is seeking an Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional to join our team. You will assist individuals with disabilities with hygiene, mobility, meals and daily living tasks, ensuring a safe, supportive environment.

The role emphasizes patient, compassionate care, reliability, and ability to work independently during night hours. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Compliance with overnight check-in system.
• Maintain alertness and observance throughout shift.
• Assist with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Read, write and speak the English language.
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical approach to care.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands.
• Dispense medications as needed and follow care plan.
• Provide companionship and support to individuals with disabilities.
• Support residents to lead more independent lives.
