Qualifikationen

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass Oregon background screenings and eligibility requirements.
• Must possess basic computer skills and be able to complete documentation electronically.
• Must be available to work overnight/NOC shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Providing personal care, health, mobility, or behavioral support as needed.
• Completing overnight monitoring, safety checks, and individual-specific support tasks.
• Following Individual Support Plans, Behavioral Support Plans, Nursing Care Plans, and overnight routines.
• Administering medications after completing required training and authorization.
• Accurately documenting care, observations, and important shift information.
• Responding calmly to medical, behavioral, or safety concerns.
• Completing assigned cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Preparing the home and individuals for a smooth morning transition.
• Communicating important information to the incoming team.
