Job summary

InVision Human Services is seeking an Awake Overnight Supervisor to lead Direct Support Professionals in residential programs during the 9 pm–7 am shift. You will ensure plans of support are implemented and serve as the primary resource for DSPs overnight, handling emergencies and guiding staff in alignment with the organization’s philosophy.

The role requires supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong skills in communication, crisis management, and policy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant supervisory experience.
• Experience working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities or autism is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line supervision to Awake Overnight Direct Support Professionals.
• Mentor staff to ensure services align with individuals’ plans and policies.
• Communicate organizational decisions and updates to DSPs.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure health and safety and manage crisis situations as needed.
• Support adherence to ISP, BSP, and clinical recommendations.
• Attend required meetings and participate in supervision.
