Job summary

United Needs and Abilities, Inc. is seeking caring Awake Overnight Staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and community settings. You will implement and document care and behavioral plans, and attend program meetings as scheduled.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to work awake overnight shifts, including weekends. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and paid time off to full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Standard driver’s license with a good driving record required.
• Ability to work awake overnight shifts and weekends.
• Willingness to work with individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement and document the Individual Plan, Nursing Care Plan and Behavior Management Plan when indicated.
• Attend meetings as required by the UNA Program Coordinator.
• Ensure medications are available for distribution.
• Maintain and clean the residence and vehicle; keep supplies stocked.
• Assist clients in learning independent living skills and daily routines.
• Use verbal prompts and gestures to support residents in completing household tasks.
