Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires CT driver's license and reliable vehicle with CT registration and insurance.

• CPR/First Aid, PMT, and DDS Medication Administration Certification required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Follow agency policies and participate in goals/plans to promote inclusion and growth.
• Support health, well-being, and development of individuals in collaboration with staff.
• Contribute to Positive Behavior Support Plans and ISP goals.
