IMPACT is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the 3rd shift Awake in Cheshire, CT. This full-time role involves supporting individuals, following agency policies, and contributing to Positive Behavior Support Plans and ISP goals.

Candidates need a HS diploma, CT driver's license, CPR/First Aid, PMT, and DDS Medication Administration certification. Training provided; generous benefits package including health, dental, pension, paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CT Driver's License or reliable vehicle with CT registration and insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Follow agency policies and participate in goals and plans promoting inclusion and social and emotional growth for individuals served.
• Support health, well-being and development of individuals, and work with staff to provide care.
• Involve in creation, implementation and updating of Positive Behavior Support Plans and ISP goals.
