Qualifications

• Must have a CT Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid, PMT, and DDS Medication Administration Certification required or obtainable.
• Ability to perform required physical tasks and safety interventions.

Responsibilities

• Follow agency policies and participate in goals and plans promoting inclusion and growth.
• Support health, well-being, and development of individuals served with other staff.
• Create, implement, and update Positive Behavior Support Plans and ISP goals.
• Support IMPACT mission, vision and guiding principles.
