Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in technology delivery, PMO, release management, or senior tech leadership.
• Certifications such as PMP / SPC / RTE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology delivery, release governance, and strategic programs.
• Oversee cross-functional teams of product owners, analysts, and project professionals.
• Establish release management processes, controls, and reporting for predictability and quality.
• Communicate program status and recommendations to executive leadership.
