Job summary
LPL Financial is seeking an AVP, Release Train Engineer & Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale technology delivery within the EPMO. You will align roadmaps with business priorities, coach teams, and provide transparent executive status reports across multiple initiatives.
The role demands strong Agile leadership, SAFe RTE experience, and collaboration with SVPs and C-level leaders to drive delivery excellence and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT/CS/Engineering/Business).
- 8+ years of Agile delivery leadership as Release Train Engineer and Program Management.
- 8+ years facilitating Agile Release Trains (SAFe certification preferred).
- 5+ years with executive presence engaging SVPs and C-level leaders.
- 5+ years of large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile Release Train events and coordinate across teams.
- Coach ART members and remove impediments.
- Deliver executive dashboards and status updates for leadership.
- Ensure SDLC adherence and successful feature deployment.
- Coordinate dependencies across initiatives and external teams.
