Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of healthcare business experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare and digital environment.
• Experience leading across Life Sciences, MedTech, or Tech portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an area sales organization to achieve business objectives.
• Establish and sustain strategic relationships with healthcare executives at IDNs and facilities.
• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with market opportunities.
• Prioritize opportunities, assess resource trade-offs, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Oversee demand and access strategies tailored to account needs.
• Ensure staffing levels and drive talent acquisition and development.
• Coach and mentor direct reports in strategic account management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, contracting, finance, and education.
• Monitor healthcare industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.
• Drive data-driven decisions and leverage insights for planning.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
