Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in structural engineering.
• Professional Engineer license required; SE licensure and multi-state registration preferred.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, timber, masonry, and composite systems.
• Experience leading structural engineering teams and pursuing new business opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Lead the structural engineering of buildings and architecturally complex structures from concept through construction.
• Mentor staff, oversee technical delivery, and manage workloads.
• Grow structural engineering services in the local market by building client relationships.
• Collaborate with architects, owners, developers, and leadership to pursue new projects.
• Apply advanced structural analysis, BIM-enabled coordination, and digital delivery workflows.
• Review designs, calculations, drawings, and specs for quality and code compliance.
• Represent the practice in the local market and support proposals and capture planning.
