Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking an AVP, BSI Strategy to shape long-term direction, lead its process engineering function, and develop a high-performing team of strategy professionals. You will partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into high-impact initiatives and deliver strategic analysis and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, process improvement, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification or equivalent demonstrated proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Shape long-term strategy and growth roadmap with senior leadership.
• Lead end-to-end strategy engagements including planning and design.
• Drive adoption of AI across strategy and process engineering groups.
• Craft executive-ready communications for recommendations.
• Conduct capability and market assessments to guide investments.
• Lead process engineering priority setting and standards.
• Oversee portfolio of process improvement projects.
• Manage intake and prioritization across BSI; allocate resources.
• Develop Directors and Senior Directors; coach and mentor.
• Present findings to senior leaders and maintain alignment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
