Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks an experienced and strategic Assistant Vice President (AVP), Integration & Value Creation to drive enterprise-wide transformation and complex integration programs with measurable outcomes.

The role bridges strategy and execution across acquisitions, partnerships, and organizational change. The AVP will lead end-to-end integration, define value creation opportunities, and steer cross-functional teams to accelerate growth, optimize operations, and realize enterprise value while

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategy execution, transformation, integration, consulting, operations, or corporate development.
• Experience leading complex enterprise-wide initiatives and large-scale transformational programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in highly matrixed organizations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience developing business cases, synergy models, and value realization plans.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic enterprise initiatives.
• Define value creation opportunities and measurable business outcomes aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Finance, HR, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and Business Segments.
• Engage with executives, prepare updates and recommendations for governance bodies.
• Partner onChange management and culture integration to support workforce transitions.
• Establish KPI dashboards and continuous improvement processes across programs.
