Job summary

Citi is seeking a Business Banker to source, acquire, expand, and retain client relationships across a designated area in New York. You will act as the SME for Deposit, Credit, and Cash Management products while supporting branches end to end.

You will collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Consumer teams to maximize relationships, manage risk, and drive scorecard results through proactive selling and joint activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in banking or business banking preferred.
• Strong credit structuring knowledge and processing ability.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME across area branches on deposits, credit, and cash mgmt.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Consumer partners to optimize relationships.
• Manage loan requests up to $250K and support larger deals with senior bankers.
• Develop and execute sales plans to drive acquisition and retention.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Drive customer satisfaction and expand the client portfolio.
