Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in multifamily real estate.
• Experience as on-site property manager or regional manager overseeing two or more properties.
• Proven leadership with staff development and coaching.
• Strong budgeting and financial statement understanding.
• Organizational, prioritization and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to engage with senior management and diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative, inclusive work style with high work ethic.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and staff for assigned communities.
• Coach Property Managers to meet annual objectives and engage the team.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and capital plans with SVP/VP.
• Prepare regular financial updates and variance analyses.
• Drive NOI growth and property value within policy and laws.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other regulations.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance reviews for site staff.
• Coordinate maintenance, leasing, and resident relations.
• Travel to properties; participate in audits and risk management.
