The role requires 8–10 years of real estate portfolio management experience, strong leadership, and collaboration with Investments and HR to maximize asset performance regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.
• 8–10 years of progressive real estate portfolio management experience with a proven track record of financial results and leadership.
• Must be knowledgeable about industry regulations, trends, and practices.
• Top-notch communication skills, including excellent writing, presenting, and public speaking abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with direct reports and teams, with exceptional personnel management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct strategic and tactical activities of the portfolio.
• Provide leadership to Regional Managers and ensure recruitment, retention, and engagement of employees.
• Monitor portfolio performance, analyze financial statements, and drive business results.
• Lead regional meetings, present company goals and regional results to staff.
• Collaborate with departments to implement pricing, marketing, and asset strategies.
• Oversee due diligence for dispositions or acquisitions and transitions.
