Berkshire Residential Investments in Dallas seeks an AVP, Property Management to lead daily operations for assigned communities, drive NOI, and maximize capital value through strategic planning and strong leadership. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in multifamily real estate management
• Experience as on-site or regional manager
• Proven ability to mentor and develop staff
• Experience with budgeting and financial statements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
• Commitment to ethics, confidentiality and high professional standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, leadership, and staff at assigned properties
• Assist SVP/VP with annual budgets, forecasts, marketing plans, staffing plans and capital plans
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial updates/variances
• Ensure properties are run efficiently within budget while maximizing NOI
• Develop Property Managers through coaching, training, and performance reviews
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and related laws
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and revenue management activities
• Ensure safety, risk management, and high resident service standards
