Global Atlantic Financial Group is seeking a strategic, highly collaborative marketing leader to define and execute product marketing for Independent Distribution, including IMOs and BGAs. Reporting to the Principal, Product Marketing, the AVP will lead content creation activities for annuity products and drive go-to-market initiatives with distribution partners.

Qualifications

• Experience marketing annuity solutions through independent distribution.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and move programs from concept to measurable results.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Creative and Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product marketing strategy for Independent Distribution, aligning priorities and execution with sales objectives and brand standards.
• Develop and manage marketing plans translating business priorities into integrated campaigns, channel programs, and sales enablement.
• Partner with Independent Sales and National Accounts leadership to identify audience and optimize reach.
