Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors seeks an AVP, Business Line Marketing & Growth to lead enterprise-wide growth initiatives across private wealth and institutional audiences. The role partners with Business Line Leaders, Sales, and Enablement while directly managing Marketing Managers to ensure high-quality execution.

The candidate will drive integrated marketing plans, manage cross-functional teams, and align campaigns with firm strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in enterprise or corporate settings.
• Proven ability to lead managers and coordinate across multiple teams.
• Strong track record translating business goals into scalable marketing plans.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Enablement, and senior stakeholders.
• Financial services or professional services background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Line Leaders to translate objectives into integrated marketing plans.
• Lead and develop Marketing Managers, setting priorities and standards.
• Drive enterprise-wide growth initiatives across private and institutional client segments.
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns including events, digital, content, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales and central teams to ensure consistent brand and messaging.
• Measure, optimize, and report on performance against targets.
