Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Fund Accounting & Administration AVP to lead a team delivering accounting and administrative services for alternative investment client relationships. You will oversee income allocations, fee calculations, and capital events, while ensuring timely NAV reporting and onboarding of new funds.

You will collaborate with trade operations, investor services, custody, tax and financial reporting, and you will design technology solutions to meet complex reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5–6 years of Private Market experience preferred.
• Experience with alternative investment asset classes and complex fund structures.
• Strong communication and management skills are essential.
• CPA qualification is favourable but not required.
• Experience with Investran or Geneva is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing team delivering accounting and administrative services for alternative investment client relationships.
• Oversee income allocations and determination of management and incentive fees per waterfall provisions.
• Process capital events such as capital calls and distributions.
• Lead onboarding of existing client funds and launch of new funds; ensure client satisfaction.
