Job summary

Nationwide is seeking an AVP, P&C AI Acceleration to lead enterprise-wide AI strategy and governance across Property & Casualty. You will shape the operating model, establish governance routines and scalable services that support responsible AI adoption across the organization.

The role partners with P&C business areas and enterprise stakeholders to prioritize opportunities, evaluate solutions and suppliers, and drive end-to-end process transformation with measurable business

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, technology, data/analytics, operations or related field.
• AI, data, process improvement, or change-management certifications preferred but not required.
• 10+ years of P&C leadership experience in business process improvements with AI implementation.
• Strong knowledge of AI enablement, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Sets direction for the P&C AI operating model and governance routines across P&C.
• Leads enterprise AI governance adoption and risk controls.
• Maintains visibility to the P&C AI portfolio, value tracking and performance measures.
