Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Senior Consultant, AI Enablement, to bridge AI capabilities with strategic business needs across Property & Casualty. You’ll lead AI opportunities, socialize business cases, and champion responsible AI adoption with governance and change management.

Reporting to leadership, you’ll guide enablement, KPI definitions, and collaboration with HR and enterprise AI teams to scale AI initiatives and drive measurable value.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in AI or digital transformation roles with tech/product/innovation background.
• Experience with agile delivery and product management/owner principles.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities with business leaders and translate into use cases.
• Oversee AI initiatives from ideation to deployment with cross-functional teams.
• Define KPIs and monitor outcomes; ensure governance and ethical AI practices.
• Drive AI enablement across organization and promote adoption.
