You will mentor global resources, influence Gen AI governance, and drive scalable automation across the organization, delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI/automation solutions at scale.
• Strong collaboration across underwriters, IT, and business units.
• Ability to translate complex problems into actionable requirements.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams including offshore resources.
• Comfort with ambiguous concepts and rapidly changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end AI and automation initiatives.
• Develop and enhance the Gen AI Center of Excellence.
• Mentor and coordinate offshore resources.
• Partner with SVP and senior leaders to align AI strategies with business goals.
