Nationwide is seeking an AVP of P&C AI Acceleration to shape and accelerate business transformation through AI. You will lead strategy, operating model, governance, and scalable services across Property & Casualty, coordinating with enterprise stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and evaluate solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years P&C leadership with AI implementation.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and people teams.
Strong knowledge of AI governance, data analytics and process transformation.

Responsibilities

Sets direction for the P&C AI operating model and governance.
Leads adoption of enterprise AI governance across P&C.
Maintains visibility to and prioritization of the P&C AI portfolio.
Partners with P&C business areas to identify and evaluate AI solutions.
Deploys team expertise to support end-to-end process transformation.
Leads the AI Enablement Council and aligns with enterprise AI thought leadership.
