WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking an AVP & Operations Product Owner to own the roadmap, backlog and day‑to‑day direction for designated product areas.

You will prioritize requirements with business stakeholders, guide backlog refinement and delivery planning, and coordinate with IT, business units and vendors to deliver compliant, high‑quality capabilities that align with strategic objectives. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; preferred in information systems, business, or analytics.
Minimum of 5 years experience in product ownership, business analysis, technology, operations.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery is a plus.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Owns the full roadmap, backlog and day-to-day direction for assigned product areas.
Prioritize requirements and trade-offs with business stakeholders.
Lead backlog refinement and delivery planning.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including IT, business, and vendors.
Ensure solutions meet compliance, risk controls and performance metrics.
Serve as voice of the customer and align roadmaps with strategic objectives.
