Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks an AVP & Operations Product Owner to own the full roadmap, backlog, and day-to-day direction for a key product area. You will refine business needs with stakeholders, prioritize work within an established plan, and ensure value delivery across business and technology work sets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or analytics-related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in product ownership, business analysis, technology, operations or related discipline.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum or other iterative delivery methodologies is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and drive roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Owns the full roadmap, backlog, and day-to-day direction for assigned products or initiatives.
• Prioritizes within an established roadmap and refines needs with key stakeholders.
• Coordinates with business, technology, vendors, and IT to align on priorities and delivery.
• Leads backlog refinement, planning, and requirement clarification for timely delivery.
• Ensures releases meet defined success measures, quality, and regulatory requirements.
