Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking an Assistant Vice President for the Insurance Professional Services team to lead client onboarding and conversion initiatives. You will work with clients to prepare and validate data conversion templates, coordinate with internal teams, and address issues and risks to ensure successful software implementations.

The role requires a strong foundation in investment accounting and insurance accounting principles, with the ability to educate clients on State Street

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in investment accounting.
• Experience with insurance accounting principles and PAM or similar platforms preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding and conversion projects for State Street software solutions.
• Define, prepare, and validate data conversion templates to align with software requirements.
• Identify, resolve and escalate project issues while assessing risk and impacts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute project deliverables and requirements.
• Contribute to multiple engagements simultaneously ensuring timely completion of responsibilities.
• Educate clients regarding State Street functionality and deliverables and participate in remote and onsite engagements as needed.
