Job summary

ExlService Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Operations Implementation Lead Analyst to drive client onboarding, system conversions, and product implementations for the Life & Annuity TPA team on a remote US basis.

The role bridges business, operations, and technology, coordinating across Operations, IT, Risk & Compliance, Finance, and client stakeholders to ensure accurate onboarding, data integration, and timely implementation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in industry-leading client onboarding and large-scale conversions and/or new annuity or life insurance product launches.
• Ability to operate across Operations, IT, Risk & Compliance, Finance, and Client stakeholders to deliver implementation outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration across departments to optimize onboarding and data integration.

We are seeking an Operations Implementation lead Analyst, which is a key member of the Life & Annuity TPA team. We are seeking someone with experience in the industry leading client onboarding and large-scale conversions and/or new annuity or life insurance product launches with a focus on creating the operating environment. Someone worked in both operations and delivery and understood how solutions will impact the operating environment. This role is responsible for managing and executing the implementation of operational processes, systems, and client solutions while supporting new client onboarding, system conversions, and product implementations. This role bridges business, operations, and technology to ensure smooth onboarding of new blocks of business, carriers, and product expansions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments such as Operations, IT, Risk & Compliance, Finance, and Client stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely implementation outcomes and ensure seamless onboarding, data integration, and process optimization for new and existing clients.
