Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or similar field preferred.
• PMP Certification or working towards it.
• Certified Equity Professional designation strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Equity Compensation helpful.
• Experience with stock plan benefits or financial services desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned corporate clients during onboarding.
• Define project requirements and timelines with stakeholders.
• Gather scoping information and relay to technical/ development teams.
• Manage multiple requests with minimal direction and enforce schedules.
• Lead project reviews and communicate progress to managers and clients.
• Maintain client satisfaction and assess project risks continuously.
