Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager within the U.S. Public Equity Solutions group. You will drive the onboarding of corporate clients to our equity administration platforms, coordinating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

The role requires strong project management, client engagement, and communication skills, with a focus on successful implementation of stock plan administration services. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in stock plan benefits and/or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or similar field is preferred.
• PMP Certification or in process of completion.
• Certified Equity Professional designation strongly preferred.
• In depth knowledge of Equity Compensation and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of Client Onboarding projects.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned corporate clients throughout onboarding.
• Gather scoping and requirements and relay to onboarding tech staff or development teams.
• Establish goals, assign work, and manage multiple requests with minimal direction.
• Enforce project schedules, deadlines and standards.
• Lead project reviews to assess schedule and risks; facilitate communication and negotiation.
• Provide regular reporting to managers, executive team, and client.
• Audit and monitor data to ensure adherence to standards and methodologies.
• Resolve issues and conflicts with clients and internal teams as appropriate.
