Job summary

You will coordinate cross-functional teams to define requirements and timelines, while ensuring high client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include scoping, scheduling, risk management, and regular updates to clients and management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in stock plan benefits and/or financial services.
• Strong client engagement skills with Fortune 500 companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or similar field is preferred.
• PMP Certification or in process of completion.
• Certified Equity Professional designation is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding projects for corporate clients.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and timelines.
• Lead scoping, scheduling, and risk management.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and management.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
