Morgan Stanley at Work is seeking a Project Specialist to manage end-to-end projects for corporate clients across equity administration platforms. You will coordinate automation, data conversion, and process management to deliver best-in-class services on assignment.

The role requires strong technical skills, project management and excellent communication to build relationships with clients and stakeholders while adapting to fast-paced client demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in equity compensation administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); MS Access a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages as an asset.

Responsibilities

• Successful execution of assigned projects across Automation, Data Analysis, Corporate Action, and Administrative support.
• Provide expertise in equity compensation practices, trends, and programs to clients.
• Support client relationship and service management by delivering timely and accurate responses to requests for information.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement automated and integrated solutions for equity compensation plans.
