Morgan Stanley is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager within the U.S. Public Equity Solutions group. You will oversee onboarding projects for corporate clients and equity administration platforms, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

You will build strong client relationships, manage expectations, and monitor risks while coordinating with internal teams to meet project milestones and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field is required or preferred.
• PMP certification or progress toward it is desirable.
• Certified Equity Professional designation is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned corporate clients throughout onboarding.
• Act as the key liaison between new clients and internal stakeholders to establish project requirements and timelines.
• Gather requirements and relay them to onboarding technical specialists or development teams.
• Set goals, direct work, and manage multiple requests with minimal direction.
• Enforce project schedules, deadlines and standards.
• Lead reviews to assess schedule, processes, risks and communications.
