Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Program Manager to plan and execute leadership development events for Field Managers and Financial Advisors. You will independently manage conferences, coordinate speakers, and oversee budgets for programs up to 1,200 attendees, including on-site or virtual execution and post-event analysis.

Travel is required (~25%). A bachelor’s degree and 5 years in finance or meetings/events are expected, with strong organization and communication skills and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, meetings and events.
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Independently manage training programs and incentive conferences for groups up to 1,200 attendees.
• Handle speaker management: confirmations, bios, photos and presentations.
• Oversee on-site and virtual event logistics, including registration and AV.
• Budget oversight and cost efficiencies with Global Conferencing and Events teams.
• Post-event surveys, reporting, and vendor relationship management.
