Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Java development with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Web, and Spring Data.
• Strong understanding of core Java concepts, SOA, and multi-threaded programming.
• Experience containerizing apps with Kubernetes and Docker; building microservices with REST APIs.
• CI/CD practices and Agile methodologies; SQL familiarity, preferably Oracle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java/Spring Boot components with minimal oversight.
• Build backend services and microservices with RESTful APIs in a service-oriented architecture.
• Write unit, integration, and performance tests (JUnit/Mockito) for reliability.
• Conduct peer code reviews and provide actionable feedback to raise quality.
• Identify security gaps and performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations.
• Evaluate new tools and methodologies to improve delivery quality and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define requirements and support enterprise systems.
