Job summary

Citi in Irving, TX is seeking a highly capable Java/React Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end solutions. You will build microservices with Java Spring Boot, integrate with Kafka, and craft responsive React.js interfaces while using Oracle databases.

Responsibilities include implementing search, workflow automation, RESTful APIs, and mentoring teammates while contributing to quality through tests and reviews. This role is based in Irving, Texas with Citi benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Expertise with Java Spring Boot microservices.
• Experience with Kafka messaging for data pipelines.
• Experience with workflow management systems.
• Experience with search technologies such as Elasticsearch or Solr.
• Strong Oracle SQL, schema design and performance tuning.
• Proficient with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• RESTful API design and integration, Git versioning.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement Kafka integrations for real-time data streaming.
• Develop workflow management solutions to automate processes.
• Build search capabilities with Elasticsearch/Solr.
• Work with Oracle databases, including schema design and queries.
• Create responsive React.js front-ends and ensure API integration.
• Collaborate with product owners and other developers; write tests.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
