As an AVP, you will collaborate with technology and business teams to deliver robust software solutions, participate in design, coding, testing, and CI/CD activities, and mentor junior staff while upholding Citi's standards and governance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in software development.
• Experience Java, Angular, Python and SQL.
• Knowledge on CI/CD pipelines and DevOps activities.
• Exposure to AI tools like GitHub Copilot, etc.
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in feasibility studies, estimates, planning and risk analysis.
• Develop, test, and implement new or revised applications.
• Provide user and operational support to business users.
• Advise on advanced programming solutions and standards.
• Assist with security measures and post-implementation reviews.
• Collaborate with users and technology groups as SME.
