Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Digital Engineering to lead the technical execution of high-impact commercial digital programs.

This role partners with product leaders and engineering teams to shape a digital transformation roadmap, delivering scalable and secure digital products across web and mobile platforms. The AVP will drive delivery excellence, align with enterprise architecture and compliance standards, mentor digital talent, and promote scaled agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related Technology discipline.
• 10 years of experience leading complex projects or programs with a proven track record of commercial success.
• 8 years of experience delivering large-scale global digital solutions.
• 8 years of experience guiding delivery teams in building, testing, validating, and deploying digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and optimization of the digital onboarding roadmap.
• Lead the technical execution of digital initiatives with delivery excellence and alignment to commercial targets.
• Partner with commercial product teams to translate business needs into actionable technical outcomes.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital programs, ensuring timely execution, quality, and scalability.
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to support delivery goals.
• Mentor and develop digital talent and promote agile best practices.
