Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Enterprise Transformation to partner with organizational leaders, shape strategic initiatives, and deliver measurable outcomes across financial, operational, clinical, and organizational domains. The AVP will guide opportunities from hypothesis to solution design, implementation, and benefit realization in a complex healthcare setting.

Qualifications

Mastery of structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven analysis.
Experience shaping enterprise-wide transformation portfolios and roadmaps.
Ability to translate strategy into executable commitments and governance.

Responsibilities

Execute leadership enterprise priorities, portfolio sequencing, and investment requirements.
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across functions and align around outcomes.
Lead complex transformation initiatives from diagnostics to implementation and value realization.
Own benefit cases and value tracking with baselines and indicators, partner with Finance on realization.
Mobilize cross-functional teams through operating model, process, and technology changes.
Identify and shape new enterprise opportunities and present investment recommendations to executives.
