Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an institutional client-facing role at an asset management firm.
• Ownership of the client experience, focusing on business retention and increasing visibility with clients.
• Understanding of firm capabilities and services to deliver client solutions.
• Ability to navigate complex client relationships and support onboarding and change events.
• Collaboration with business development on strategic client growth and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience across the full lifecycle of assigned institutional client relationships.
• Partner with internal teams to diagnose issues and solve problems effectively.
• Support retention and identify opportunities for growth within client portfolios.
• Collaborate with client coverage, operations, finance, and legal teams to support end-to-end client lifecycle.
• Lead and prioritize multiple initiatives while maintaining regulatory compliance.
