State Street Investment Management's US Institutional Client Coverage Group is seeking a Relationship Manager, AVP to deliver an exceptional client experience across the full lifecycle of allocated institutional relationships. You will work with a collaborative team to strengthen relationships, support retention, and identify growth opportunities.

The role requires 3–5 years in an institutional client-facing role, BS/BA, and Series 3/7/63 or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years in an institutional client-facing role at an asset management firm.
• Ownership of the client experience, focusing on retention and increasing visibility with clients.
• Understanding firm capabilities and services to deliver solutions.
• Ability to navigate complex client relationships and onboarding/change events.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional client experience across the full lifecycle of assigned institutional relationships.
• Support retention and identify opportunities for growth with clients.
• Collaborate with Client Coverage Group and internal teams to diagnose issues and solve problems.
• Partner with business development on strategic client growth and sales initiatives.
