National Life Group seeks an AVP – Inforce Management to lead strategy and execution of inforce management capabilities across Life and Annuities. You will translate complex actuarial analysis into clear management insights, influence senior leadership, and drive cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and professional actuarial credentials required.
• Fellowship in SOA (FSA) required or equivalent.
• 8+ years of actuarial or equivalent experience in progressively responsible roles.
• Deep knowledge of Statutory, Tax, and GAAP for Life/Annuities.
• Experience leading high-value, cross-functional projects.

Responsabilidades

• Owns actuarial analysis translating into business insights and management reporting.
• Establishes inforce rate actions and communicates trade-offs among profitability and policyholder value.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives and manages senior stakeholders.
• Oversees reinsurance strategies and execution with financial impact considerations.
• Drives end-to-end inforce management initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Supports product filings and regulatory alignment in evolving business priorities.
• Contributes to L&A strategy with a multi-year inforce roadmap.
