Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and FSA required.
• 12+ years of actuarial experience in life insurance, valuation and financial reporting.
• Expertise in U.S. GAAP, statutory accounting, and reserves.
• Proven leadership of actuarial teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for life insurance valuation activities supporting U.S. GAAP and statutory reporting.
• Establish governance frameworks for actuarial valuation strategies and reporting.
• Direct calculation, validation, and governance of actuarial liabilities and reserves.
• Lead valuation support for strategic reinsurance, product development, and capital planning.
• Collaborate with executives to assess valuation implications of business initiatives.
