Job summary

Revantage, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, is a global provider of corporate services. This AVP I role within FP&A Consolidation offers exposure to senior leadership and complex financial operations, with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and execution of enterprise‑wide processes.

The position requires 7+ years in FP&A/consolidation, Anaplan certification with model-building experience, and strong Excel/Power BI skills. Hybrid work and competitive compensation are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A, financial consolidation, and reporting experience.
• Anaplan Model Builder certification with at least 2 years building highly complex models in Anaplan.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Word.
• Strong experience with Power BI and Sigma for financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High integrity and discretion with sensitive payroll and compensation data.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise‑wide financial consolidation processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close deliverables.
• Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of consolidated financial reporting packages for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning activities across FP&A, Accounting, HR, and other partner teams.
• Analyze financial results, headcount trends, and workforce analytics to support planning, forecasting, and decision‑making.
• Liaison between Finance, HR, Accounting, and business partners to ensure alignment, data integrity, and timely issue resolution.
