A leading investment management firm in New York seeks an AVP, Corporate Finance to drive financial planning and analysis for corporate and operating businesses. This role collaborates closely with senior management to provide insights and improve financial efficiency. The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of experience, advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of real estate finance. The salary range is $150K – $170K with bonus eligibility.

Qualifikationen

• 6-8 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or investment management.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to present financial concepts to senior executives.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Provide insights to senior leadership to drive efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards.

Kenntnisse

Advanced Excel financial modeling

Strong PowerPoint presentation skills

Deep understanding of real estate transactions

Strong quantitative analysis capabilities

Excellent communication skills

Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, accounting, or a related field
