Job summary

Revantage, a Blackstone portfolio company, seeks an AVP, P&C Strategic Execution to drive disciplined execution across People & Culture. You will unify governance, metrics, and cross-functional coordination while translating leadership direction into actionable plans.

You will partner with the CHRO and senior P&C leaders to deliver decisive programs, track progress, manage risks, and provide executive-ready materials for decision-making.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, transformation, or HR-related roles.
• Experience in establishing governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and executive reporting.
• Proven ability to translate leadership decisions into actionable plans and materials.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into structured plans with milestones, owners, and timelines.
• Design governance and reporting frameworks across initiatives with clear forums.
• Coordinate across Centres of Excellence, Operations, and Technology for alignment.
• Identify risks, maintain a live risk register, and elevate issues with actions.
• Develop executive dashboards and deliver data-driven insights for leadership.
